RSVP volunteer Claire Gilman receives her Governor’s Outstanding Community Service award from Vermont Secretary of State Jim Condos. Claire volunteers at Meals on Wheels,  helps seniors with  paperwork, bill-paying and checkbook balancing.

Bone Builders refresher
A Bone Builder Refresher Class was held in Arlington for the Bennington County BB leaders this spring. The Bone Builder Program continues to grow and prosper in all three counties.

Black River Good Neighbors
Black River Good Neighbors,  served by numerous Green Mountain RSVP volunteers, celebrates the grand opening of their new site in Ludlow.

Green Mountain RSVP & Volunteer Center serving Bennington, Windham, and Windsor Counties, matches volunteers age 55 and over with important work in non-profit organizations, schools, libraries, and hospitals. Both the community and the volunteers are enriched by the experience. Retired seniors, Baby Boomers, all individuals willing to share some of their time are warmly welcomed.
